CLASSES BY REQUEST FOR NON-RESIDENTS


SINGLE OR MULTIPLE DAY CLASSES:


For students not staying at the Ryad, classes will be open on a space-available basis and will include the recipes of the day and the same amenities as the resident cooks.


CLASS ONE: Available Tuesday through Thursday depending on space availability.  Includes a trip to the local or BIG souk. Hands on instruction and preparation of the evening meal or lunch. 

CLASS TWO: COUS COUS Friday:  A FAVORITE! Most Moroccans celebrate Friday with cous cous. Start the day at noon with a trip to the souk to purchase ingredients for the 7 vegetable or chicken cous cous, a visit to the spice market and return home to prepare the evening meal.  Preparation time is about 3 hours.



The prices include your meal, Moroccan wine and mint tea.


Non-cooking guests are invited for the day. Bring your family or friends for cous cous. The fee is the same as for the cooks.
