CLASSES BY REQUEST FOR NON-RESIDENTS
SINGLE OR MULTIPLE DAY CLASSES:
FOR THE NON-RESIDENT COOKING STUDENTS, CLASSES WILL BE OPEN ON A SPACE AVAILABILITY BASIS AND WILL INCLUDE THE RECIPES OF THE DAY AND THE SAME AMENITIES AS THE RESIDENT COOKS.
CLASS ONE: Available Tuesday through Thursday depending on space availability. Includes a trip to the local or BIG souk. Hands on instruction and preparation of the evening meal or lunch. Your choice.

CLASS TWO: COUS COUS Friday: A FAVORITE! Most Moroccans celebrate Friday with cous cous. Start the day at noon with a trip to the souk to purchase ingredients for the 7 vegetable or chicken cous cous, a visit to the spice market and return home to prepare the evening meal. Preparation time is about 3 hours including preparation
of the salad and desert.
$125/person
The prices include your meal, Moroccan wine and mint tea.
Non-cooking guests are invited for the day. Bring your family or friends for cous cous. The fee is the same as for the cooks.
