Hakima's Moroccan Cooking School is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by Carolyn Watts of Port Townsend, Washington.

Participation not only provides you with the rare experience of preparing authentic Moroccan cuisine but the proceeds in turn fund literacy and job skill training for Moroccan women. The school will develop marketable skills, resumes and improve the normally limited prospects of employment for these women. The training is free to those that apply and the only qualification is a desire for a better life. Following completion of the cooking program, there are scholarships available for those wanting to participate in a local functional literacy program.

Those who choose to come to Hakimas Moroccan Cooking School will stay in an authentic Moroccan Ryad and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
